Warranty and out-of-warranty repair for MaxVapor BT e-nail controllers, done in-house by the people who built them. Common fixes include knob / rotary-encoder replacement and OLED screen replacement.

How it works

1. Pick the service below. If your controller is still under warranty, choose Under Warranty ($0) and we'll sort it out.
2. Reply to your order confirmation, or email support@maxvapor.com with your order number. We'll send you a repair ticket number and the mail-in address.
3. Write your ticket number on the box and ship us your controller.
4. We repair it and ship it back. Standard US return shipping is included.
