How it works

1. Order the service that matches your issue.
2. Reply to your order confirmation, or email support@maxvapor.com with your order number. We'll send you a repair ticket number and the mail-in address.
3. Write your ticket number on the box and ship us your unit.
4. We repair it and ship it back. Standard US return shipping is included—add Express Return Shipping to your cart for Priority Mail.

All repairs are done in-house with quality parts. If we find your unit can't be repaired, we'll contact you before doing any further work.
